Alan Kessler
President

Prior to TippingPoint, Mr. Kessler was president and CEO of Attune Systems, a provider of enterprise-class network file management solutions. His previous experience includes 3Com Corporation, where he served in a variety of senior management positions including responsibility for global customer support, global end-user system sales and general management of the Network Systems Division. He has also served as the president of Palm Inc. and president of Palm's Platform and Products group during Palm's successful IPO. Mr. Kessler holds a bachelor's degree in business from San Jose State University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Stephen Driggers
Vice President Sales, Americas
Mr. Driggers brings over 23 years of total experience in sales and management to TippingPoint. He joined TippingPoint in 2002 as a regional sales director for the company's western U.S. region, where he worked with some of TippingPoint's largest global customers. Prior to TippingPoint, Mr. Driggers served in a variety of sales leadership positions with Unisphere Networks, Nortel Networks (formerly Bay Networks) and AT&T (formerly NCR). Mr. Driggers also has extensive channel experience with 3Com dating back to the early 1990s when he worked with Anixter. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Abilene Christian University.

Paul Couturier
Vice President and General Manager, EMEA and APAC
Mr. Couturier brings over 20 years of international sales and management experience to TippingPoint. Before joining TippingPoint, he served as President of Worldwide Sales for Siemens Broadband Access Division. In 2002, Siemens acquired Efficient Networks where Mr. Couturier served eight years in various roles including Vice President of International Sales for Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to Efficient Networks, he served as Worldwide Business Development Director for enterprise products at Bay Networks Netherlands EMEA headquarters. Prior to Bay Networks, Mr. Couturier served as director of sales and marketing for Gandalf Benelux. His previous experience includes international sales manager positions at General Datacomm Europe, Repko and Timeplex. Mr. Couturier is fluent in English, Dutch, French, Italian and German.

Michael Callahan
Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Mr. Callahan brings more than 18 years of marketing experience to TippingPoint. Most recently, Mr. Callahan served as vice president and CMO for CREDANT Technologies, where he was responsible for all marketing activities, including redefining product strategy and corporate vision. Before CREDANT, he served as President and COO of NoodleNet, a firm focused on delivering a safe desktop and online environment for children. Prior to NoodleNet, Mr. Callahan spent seven years with McAfee where he was responsible for product, field and corporate marketing initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Ohio State University and a MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Don Ward
Vice President, Technical Field Operations

Mr. Ward has over 20 years technical consulting, management, and corporate leadership experience in the data and security networking industry. His versatility has served TippingPoint well with significant contributions in the areas of systems/sales engineering, vertical sales/marketing, and services/support. In his current role, Mr. Ward leads all worldwide teams for pre- and post-sales engineering, support, training and professional services. In 2003, he served as VP of Higher Education Sales & Marketing to drive growth in one of TippingPoint's most instrumental early market segments. Prior to TippingPoint, Mr. Ward served senior field and corporate leadership roles with TopLayer Networks, Metera Networks and Cisco Systems. Mr. Ward holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
